It is a simple way to help you get early notification if you are the victim of property fraud. Register your name and when a document is recorded with your name on it you will be notified via email.
Recorder personnel are forbidden by Nevada Revised Statutes to practice law. This includes advising on:
- What forms are needed
- How to fill forms out
- Giving other legal information
