PAVING BASIN PHASE 3 – DAHLIA INTERSECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, (herein called the “COUNTY”) invites RESPONSES for

Paving Basin Avenue and Dahlia Street Intersection – Phase 3 of the East Basin Ave Project from South Dahlia Street to Blagg Road, Located in Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada

.  

A NON-Mandatory Pre-Response Meeting will be held June 1, 2023, at 10:00 A.M at the Pahrump Public Works office, located at 2041 E. Calvada Blvd, Ste. 3, Pahrump, NV 89048. This meeting is not mandatory, but responders are encouraged to attend.

All Responses must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID #2023-08/PWP-NY-2023-275 PAVING BASIN AVENUE – PHASE 3 – Dahlia Intersection.” No verbal, e-mail, or facsimile transmitted Responses will be accepted or considered. The sealed Responses will be accepted at 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Suite 200, Pahrump, Nevada 89048, until 2:00 p.m. on June 15, 2023. Opening of the Responses will commence at 2:00 pm on June 15, 2023, in the Nye County Purchasing Division, 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Suite 200, Pahrump, Nevada 89048.

The contract will be awarded upon approval of the Nye County Board of Commissioners.
