This page includes information about the filing process, filing dates, campaign finance reporting requirements, a list of guides, and other resources for candidates and their campaigns.  

Non-incumbent judicial candidates must file a Senate Bill (SB)418 Questionnaire with our filing office. Pursuant to Senate Bill 418, questionnaires are required to be posted on the filing officer's website. The questionnaire can be accessed by clicking on the link below. Please print this completed questionnaire and bring it with you when you file for office in person. 

Completed questionnaires will be posted on this page, once they are received.

Once you have completed the information, you will still need to review and sign the forms in person at the Nye County Clerk locations below during normal business hours.  The $105 filing fee is payable in cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
