More… The Nye County Safety Improvement Subsidy program is aimed at improving safety measures within Nye County. This subsidy provides funding for projects and equipment that enhance safety and security for personnel and the community. Please carefully review the instructions to ensure a successful application. Subsidy Funding Amount: The maximum amount of S25,000 per year — this amount may be awarded to a single applicant or divided among several applicants as set forth in the Selection Process. Eligibility: Applicants must be internal departments or agencies operating within the Nye County Government jurisdiction and be contributors to the Nye County Risk Management special purpose fund. The Risk Management fund funds the subsidy. This subsidy aims to support projects or procure equipment that directly improves safety within Nye County.
