If you would like your comments to be included in the Planning Commission Staff Report back up, we must have your written comments to us, or for Zone Changes the Support or Opposition cards no later than the TUESDAY the week before the meeting in order for us to include them in the public posting. Any comments received after that date, will be provided at the meeting to the Board.
Any interested person may appear before the Planning Commission either in person or by representative and object to or express approval of items, or prior to the meeting, file a written objection or approval thereof with the Planning Department.
