NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BILL NO. 2010-15 entitled: A BILL PROPOSING TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF THE NYE COUNTY, NEVADA, GENERAL OBLIGATION (LIMITED TAX) BONDS (ADDITIONALLY SECURED BY PLEDGED REVENUES), SERIES 2010A AND SERIES 2010B (FEDERALLY TAXABLE DIRECT PAY BUILD AMERICA BONDS) FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, IMPROVING AND EQUIPPING BUILDING PROJECTS WITHIN THE COUNTY, INCLUDING JAIL FACILITIES; PROVIDING THE FORM, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BONDS AND OTHER DETAILS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its June 1,2010 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2010-14 on Tuesday the 15th day of June, 2010 at the time of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Main Hall at the Bob Ruud Community Center at 150 N. Highway 160, in Pahrump, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
