Pursuant to NRS 405.170, the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday the 6th day of July, 2010 at the time of 10:15 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioner's Chambers at 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
