Board of County Commissioners approved Tuesday, February 1, 2022, a resolution of "Intent to Sell County-Owned Property at Auction" the Pahrump Medical Center at 1501 & 1503 E. Calvada Blvd, east of the Pahrump Valley Boulevard intersection.
Parcel number 042-041-35 shall be offered for sale at public auction pursuant to NRS 244.281 and 244.282 at the minimum price of no less than $2 million. All properties will be sold "as is". A walk-thru of the property will be held on March 18, 2022, at 3 pm.
The auction will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022, inside the Board of County Commission Chambers in Pahrump, with registration starting at 9 am and unsealing bids scheduled for 10 am.
A $500 Bidder's Registration Fee will be required to bid on any parcel. A deposit of 25 percent of the advertised minimum bid amount must be received from the successful bidders by the close of the auction, with the balance due within 30 days of award.
Interested parties must make all fees and deposits in the form of a cashier's check made payable to the Nye County Treasurer.
