[ARCHIVED] Treasurer's Offices Closed Friday for Live Auction; Deposits due by noon Thursday

NOTE: The Parcel List below was updated on March 21st.

The Treasurer's Offices in Tonopah and Pahrump will be closed on Friday for the live auction in both towns.

The next Nye County Treasurer's Trust Live Auction is scheduled for March 22nd, starting at 9 a.m. Check-in starts at 8 a.m.

Deposits will be accepted until noon on March 21st. There will be no same-day registration.
 
The capacity will be limited to the first 100 registered bidders in Pahrump and 25 registered bidders in Tonopah. The auction will be held in the County Commission Chambers at 2100 E. Walt Williams Drive in Pahrump and 101 Radar Road in Tonopah.

NOTE: An updated Parcel List was posted on March 21, 2024, with 144 parcels, six of which are outside Pahrump. 
 
The $500 deposit must be made at the Treasurer's office in Tonopah and Pahrump in the form of certified funds: Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, or Cash. Your deposit will be applied to the purchase price if you are a successful bidder. If you are unsuccessful, your deposit will be returned by mail within seven (7) business days of the auction. 

Registration must be completed before the auction day and accompanied by the bidder.
 
NOTE: This year, bid increments will be increased by $100 up to $5,000. After that, the increase will be in $500 increments to $50,000 and then in increments of $1,000
