Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, set to hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2024-03 on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December, 2024, at the time of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard, or public comment can be given by calling 1-888-585-9008 and entering conference room number 255-432-824.
