The Nye County Board of Commissioners holds its first meeting of the year on Monday, January 6th, at 10 a.m. in the Tonopah Commission Chamber, 101 Radar Road.
Nevada Revised Statutes 244.085(3) mandates that the "first board meeting in odd-number years must be held on the first Monday in January..."
The meeting will include the swearing-in of newly elected commissioners Ian Bayne and John Koenig.
