The Town of Pahrump has officially launched the Short-Term Vacation Rental (STR) License Registration portal in OpenGov. All STR owners must begin the licensing process to comply with Town Ordinance No. 74 and Resolution No. 2025-01.

💡 Important Deadline: Existing STR owners have 90 days from August 4, 2025 to complete licensing. The grace period ends November 2, 2025. After this date, all new listings or ownership changes must be licensed immediately.
