NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
Pursuant to NRS 288.153, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on the aformentioned Nye County Law Enforcement Association Agreement Tuesday the 7th day of December, 2010 at the time of 10:45 a.m., or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioner's Chambers at 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
