The County will conduct a public land auction this December, offering 23 properties in Pahrump with minimum opening bids as outlined in the resolution found here. Please note this auction is NOT a Treasurer Trust sale.
The auction will be hosted online by Bid4Assets at bid4assets.com. Key dates are as follows:
- November 24, 2025: Preview/Public; tax sale live on Bid4Assets
- December 5, 2025: Official Deposit Due Date
- December 11, 2025 (9:00 a.m. PT): Auctions open for bidding
- December 15, 2025 (12:00 p.m. PT): Auctions close
- December 17, 2025: Deed Wizard titling information due from winners
- December 17, 2025 (4:30 p.m. PT): Settlement/Final payment due
All properties will be sold “as is,” and title will be conveyed by quit-claim deed.
