The County will conduct a public land auction this December, offering 23 properties in Pahrump with minimum opening bids as outlined in the resolution found here. Nye County owns all listed properties. Please note this auction is NOT a Treasurer Trust sale.
The auction will be hosted online by Bid4Assets at bid4assets.com. Key dates are as follows:
- November 24, 2025: Preview/Public; tax sale live on Bid4Assets
- December 5, 2025: Official Deposit Due Date
- December 11, 2025 (9:00 a.m. PT): Auctions open for bidding
- December 15, 2025 (12:00 p.m. PT): Auctions close
- December 17, 2025: Deed Wizard titling information due from winners
- December 17, 2025 (4:30 p.m. PT): Settlement/Final payment due
All properties will be sold “as is,” and title will be conveyed by quit-claim deed.
