[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on October 15, 2013 on Nye County Bill No. 2013-14:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-14 entitled; A Bill Proposing to Amend, Title 10 of the Nye County Code, Titled Vehicles and Traffic, Chapter 10.04, Titled Traffic Regulations, Section 10.04.010, Titled Adoption by Reference to Amend the Ordinance to Adopt by Reference the Traffic Laws in Nevada Revised Statutes 484A, 484B, 484C, 484D, and 484E; Providing for the Severability; Constitutionality and Effective Date Hereof; and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its September 17, 2013 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-14 on Tuesday, the Fifteenth day of October , 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
