NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-17 Entitled: A Bill Proposing to Amend Nye County Code Title 17, the Zoning Ordinance of the Pahrump Regional Planning District, by Amending Section 17.04.920 "Conditional Use Permit Procedures," to require that the applicant has the burden of submitting proof of compliance relating to any conditions of approval associated with an approved conditional use permit; Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date thereof, and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its October 15, 2013 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-17 on Tuesday, the 19th day of November, 2013, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
