NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2013-20 entitled: AN ORDINANCE DEEMING IT TO BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE COUNTY AND SMOKY VALLEY TELEVISION DISTRICT THAT THE SMOKY VALLEY TELEVISION DISTRICT BE DISSOLVED PURSUANT TO NRS 318.490 THROUGH NRS 318.510; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, REPEAL, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its November 5, 2013 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2013-20 on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December, 2013, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
