NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2014-06 entitled: A Bill Proposing to Amend Nye County Code Title 17, the Zoning Ordinance of the Pahrump Regional Planning District, by Amending Section 17.04.905 Grandfathered Uses, to allow the expansion of grandfathered Uses, to allow the expansion of grandfathered residential dwelling units and allow residential accessory buildings and structures to be added to grandfathered residential uses in commercial and industrial zones without the requirement to obtain a conditional use permit; and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date thereof, and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its March 18, 2014 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2014-06 on Tuesday, the 22nd day of April, 2014, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
