NRS 354.596 Requires that a Budget Hearing be held on the Third Monday in May. Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners at its April 22, 2014 meeting set the date to be Monday, May 19, 2014 at the time of 10:00 a.m.
This is to notice the public that members of the Nye County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at a regular meeting to be held on May 19, 2014, in the Nye County Government Center located at 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Town of Pahrump, Nevada 89048, on the tentative Nye County Budgets for FY 2014-2015 which have been prepared in such detail and on appropriate forms as prescribed by the Department of Taxation, and adoption of final budget.
