NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held regarding the possible adoption of Nye County Board of County Commission Resolution No. 2015-06: A resolution authorizing a Medium-Term Obligation
Pursuant to NRS. 278.220.3, the Nye County Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2015-06 on Tuesday, the 17th of February, 2015 at 10:45 AM or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioner’s Chambers, located 2100 E. Walt Williams Drive, Pahrump, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
A copy of the Resolution is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah, Nevada.
