NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2015-05 entitled: A Bill proposing to amend Nye County Code Title 17, Comprehensive Land Use Planning and Zoning, relating to the Village Residential (VR-20) zoning regulations and the definition of Accessory Building; and providing for the severability, constitutionality and effective date thereof; and other matters properly relating
thereto;, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its July 21, 2015 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2015-05 on Tuesday, the 18th day of August, 2015, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
