NOTICE of proposal of Bill No. 2016-13 entitled: A Bill proposing to amend Nye County Code Title 17, the zoning ordinance of the Pahrump Regional Planning District, by amending section 17.04.950 pertaining to the commercial and industrial site development plan regulations; and providing for the severability, constitutionality and effective date hereof; and other matters properly relating thereto.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2016-13 on Monday, the 14th day of November, 2016, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard. A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada. Nye County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider
