A Nye County-owned property auction will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at 10 a.m. in the Nye County Commissioners' Chambers in Pahrump, 2100 E. Walt Williams Drive.
The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public auction where bid proposals to purchase will be received and considered.

A $500 Bidder’s Registration Fee will be required to bid on any parcel. A deposit of 25% of the advertised minimum bid amount must be received from the successful bidders by the close of the auction, with the balance due within 30 days of award.
All Fees and deposits must be made in the form of cashier’s check made payable to the Nye County Treasurer.
All properties will be sold “as is."
Any and all sealed bids to be opened at the auction must be received by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at:

Title shall be conveyed by quit claim deed.
The Board of Commissioners retains the right to reject any or all bids.
