The revised draft Development Agreement between Nye County and CCA has been made available to the Board of County Commissioners and to the public for review for use during the December 16, 2008 continued Public Hearing.
This release is provided to give all interested parties sufficient time to review the document prior to the resumption of the public hearing.
No action has been taken. The Board of County Commissioners, at its October 21, 2008 meeting continued the Public Hearing to December 16, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in the Bob Ruud Community Center, Pahrump, Nevada.
