NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 1st day of May, 2018, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 533, entitled: An Ordinance Amending Nye County Code 12.04.040, the Signage Requirements Applicable to Nye County by Creating an Exception Related to Political Signs, Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date Thereof; and Other Matters Properly Related Thereto. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 21st day of May, 2018, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
