Notice is hereby given that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 18th day of November, 2008, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 364, entitled:
A Ordinance amending Nye County Code 17.04, the Pahrump Regional Planning District Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.04.740, to place restrictions on trees below poer lines, adding separation requirements between trees and power lines, amend irrigated landscaping within proximity to block walls, and other matters properly related thereto.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage, approval and publication as required by law, to wit, from and after the 8th day of December, 2008.
