Proposing to Amend Nye County Code Title 5 Business Licenses and Regulations,
by Amending Chapter 5.14, Gaming Licenses; Amending Section 5.14.020: Definitions; Amending Section 5.14.090: License Application; Amending Section 5.14.100: Action on Application; and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and
Effective Date Thereof; and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 12th day of December, 2018, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada. Nye County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider
