Notice is hereby given that Bill No. 2009-12 entitled: A Bill proposing to amend Nye County Coder Chapter 17.04, the Pahrump Regional Planning District Zoning Regulations, by adding an additional Zoning District called the Airport Overlay (AO) Zone, and other matters propertly related thereto, was proposed byt the Board of County Commissioners at its October 20, 2009 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2009-12 on Tuesday, the 17th day of November, 2009, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Bob Ruud Community Center, Main Hall, 150 N. Highway 160, located in Pahrump, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
