[ARCHIVED] SURVEY: Assessing Interest for COVID-19 Vaccine ages 12-17

Nye County and County Emergency Management has launched a survey to assess interest in the COVID-19 Vaccine for adolescents ages 12-17. On Monday, May 10th, the Food and Drug Administration said children 12-years-old and up are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine after the agency expanded its emergency use authorization for the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.

If you are a parent or legal guardian of an adolescents 12-17, please answer the 1-to-3 question survey to help the County with the rollout to the latest eligible population. No registration is required to take the survey.
