NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 19th day of October, 2021, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 576, entitled: An Ordinance Amending Nye County Code Chapter 17.06 title “Marijuana Establishments; Zoning Requirements,” by Amending Section 17.06.020, Title Definitions and Amending Section 17.06.040, Title Requirement to Obtain a Special Use Permit, to Include a Requirement to Obtain a Written Letter in Support of, or in Opposition to, the Marijuana Establishment by the Elected or Advisory Town Board Prior to Submittal of a Special Use Permit Application, and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality, and Effective Date Thereof; and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 8th day of November, 2021, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
