Filing for Judicial Candidates in Nye County has started and runs through January 12th. Filing fee is $105. The Candidate Filing Packet is available online. The filing period for candidates for non-judicial offices is March 4-15. The 2024 primary election is June 11, with early voting from May 25 – June 7. The general election is November 5th, with early voting from October 19 – November 1.
Also available at the Candidate Resource Center is the non-partisan (independent) candidate petition form that must be circulated with the Clerk’s office.
