The Clerk's Office plans to release an updated report on candidates who have filed for office daily.
The list for March 4th is posted on the Candidate Resource Center page here. The list will be updated and posted daily. The list includes the judicial candidates who registered in January. Statewide and multi-county office candidates register with the Nevada Secretary of State site and are not reflected on this list.
The filing period for non-judicial candidates runs through the end of business Friday, March 15th.
No person may be a candidate unless he/she actually, as opposed to constructively, resided in the district to which the office pertains for at least 30 days immediately before the close of candidate filing.
Please see the Notice of Primary Election for the offices on the June 11, 2024 ballot. County seats include County Commission Districts 1, 2, & 3 for four-year terms.
The last day to withdraw candidacy (Non-Judicial) is Tuesday, March 26, 2024, by 5 p.m.
