Nye County is currently hiring a full-time Comptroller to lead and oversee the County’s financial operations. Also referred to as the Finance Director, this critical position is responsible for the strategic management of public funds, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with Nevada statutes.

- Safeguarding County financial assets
- Producing accurate and timely financial reports

- Advising County leadership and the Board of Commissioners
- Ensuring compliance with NRS 251.170
