NRS 354.596 requires that a budget hearing be held on the third Monday in May for approval of the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-16.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing for approval of the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-16 on Monday, the 18th day of May, 2015, at the time of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
