NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No. 2014-26 entitled: a Bill proposing to Amend Nye County Code Title 17, Comprehensive Land Use Planning and Zoning, by Amending the Development Standards Relating to Chapter 17.04.780 Recreational Vehicle Parks; and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date thereof, and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its August 18, 2015 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2014-26 on Tuesday, the 15th day of September, 2015, at the time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., located in Pahrump, Nevada, and 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
