NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 1st day of November, 2016, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 507, entitled:
An Ordinance amending Chapter 2.84, Nye County Peace Officer
Advisory Review Board, setting forth its powers and duties; providing for the severability, constitutionality and effective date hereof, and other matters properly relating thereto.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 28 day of November, 2016, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
