NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 6th day of June, 2017, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 515, entitled: An Ordinance Amending Title 9 of the Nye County Code, Titled Public Peace, Morals and Welfare, Chapter 9.20, Titled Prostitution, by Amending the Definitions; Amending Section 9.20.040, Licensing Board Created; Amending Powers and Duties of the Board, Amending License Restrictions; Amending Fees; Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date Hereof; and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 26th day of June, 2017, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
