NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 19th day of December, 2017, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 527, entitled: An Ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 3.44 of the Nye County Code by Removing the Annual Solicitation Requirement and the Annual Rotation of Appraisers Requirement of Chapter 3.44.040 and Other Matters Properly Relating thereto. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 8th day of January, 2018, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
