NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 21st day of August, 2018, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 537 entitled: An Ordinance Amending Nye County Code Section 17.04.200.A.3 Building Separation, Relating to the Requirement to have a Minimum of Ten (10) Feet of Separation Between all Buildings on a Single Parcel in a Residential Zoning District; and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date Thereof: and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 10th day of September, 2018, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
