Nye County is accepting sealed bids (Bid number 2019-13) for the BEATTY AIRPORT FUEL STATION. Bids are due and will be opened Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 1:30 p.m.
The project consists of the design, fabrication, delivery, permitting, engineering, all site work, and commissioning of a new fuel system for aviation gas 100LL. The new system will consist of one cylindrical 12,000 gallon, UL 2085 fireguard tank, and retail sale equipment.
All proposals shall be in the office of the Nye County Finance Department in Tonopah by 1:30 p.m., local time, June 12, 2019.
Bids will be received by the COUNTY at the Nye County Purchasing Department, Express or Hand Delivery at 101 Radar Road, or United States Postal Service at PO Box 3999, Tonopah, Nevada 89048, until 1:30 P.M. on June 12, 2019.
Bids received after the deadline will not be honored, regardless of when postmarked or sent.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. at the Beatty Airport in Beatty.
