NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 16th day of July, 2019, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 551, entitled: An Ordinance amending Title 8 of the Nye County Code by repealing Chapter 8.42, Thereby removing the Chapter Regarding Medical Marijuana; Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date Hereof, And Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 5th day of August, 2019, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
