[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BILL NO. 2010-04 entitled: a Bill proposing to amend Nye County Code Title 17, the Pahrump Regional Planning District Zoning Ordinance, pertaining to Model Homes; and other matters properly related thereto, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its March 16, 2010 meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2010-04 on Tuesday the 20th day of April, 2010 at the time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Bob Ruud Community Center, Main Hall, 150 N. Highway 160, located in Pahrump, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.

A copy of the Bill is available for public review at the Nye County Clerk’s Office located at 101 Radar Road, Tonopah Nevada.
