NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 15th day of September, 2020, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 566 entitled: An Ordinance Amending Nye County Code Title 5 Titled Business Licenses and Regulations, Chapter 5.04 Titled Liquor Regulations, Section 5.04.040 Titled Meetings, by Changing the Number of Members of the Board Constituting a Quorum; and Providing for the Severability, Constitutionality and Effective Date Thereof; and Other Matters Properly Relating Thereto. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the 3rd day of October, 2020, and only after publication once a week for a period of two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within Nye County, Nevada.
