Nye County Health & Human Services invites community members to participate in a needs assessment survey to help guide the use of opioid settlement funds locally. Input from residents and community partners helps ensure these funds address real needs and support prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts throughout the county.
As a thank you for your time, participants may choose to enter a monthly drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card after completing the survey.
Paper copies of the survey are available upon request at the Health and Human Services offices in Pahrump and Tonopah.
