The Nye County Board of County Commissioners is accepting applications to fill several advisory board vacancies throughout the county. Open positions include:
- Belmont Advisory Board – 1 vacancy
- Central Nevada Museum Advisory Board – 1 vacancy
- Railroad Valley Advisory Board – 1 vacancy
- Nye County Water District Governing Board (Tonopah area) – 1 vacancy
- Pahrump Library District Board of Trustees – 3 vacancies
Residents interested in serving the community are encouraged to apply. Applications are available in person at either Nye County Clerk’s Office location:
- 101 Radar Rd., Tonopah
- 2100 E. Walt Williams Dr., Ste. 200, Pahrump
They are also available online at www.nyecountynv.gov.
Completed applications must be received by the Nye County Clerk’s Office by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
